Two levels cortijo set in a plot of 1500 sq.m. on elevated possition in an area known as Rambla de Los Pardos or Cerro Sumio, with superb panoramics views of the mountains. This cortijo needs restorations works, specially the roof. Anyway exists building permission to restore it and build a house up to 250 sq.m. Water and electricity connection are not too far away.
